Construction Home Inspections
While many homebuyers typically only consider inspections for older homes, it’s important to have your home inspected at every step, including construction to ensure it’s up to code and meets the Washington state standards.
Construction Phase Inspections
During phase inspections, an outside entity is hired to check on the home during the construction process. We will look for code and craftsmanship issues, during the main phases such as the foundation, frame, rough-in and final build. This process will not only give you documentation of the build, it also gives you the peace of mind that your home was built properly and nothing was overlooked.
Newly Built Home Inspections
People often think it would be a waste of money to have a new home inspected; however, issues are found by a home inspector that are not seen by a local code inspector. A home inspection on new construction is a viable part of your buying process, and can make you feel more at ease with your new home purchase.
Regular Home Inspections
A home inspection on an existing property is a great way to learn about your future home, and can also be a great tool for negotiations. A typical home inspection will last 2-4 hours and it is best for the client to be with the inspector. We want you to learn about the dwelling and if any issues are found, be able to recommend what repairs will need to be completed. Our goal is to make you feel confident with the process and knowledgeable about the property. All home inspections come in digital form with a standard pest inspection.
