Getting all the facts from a professional and detailed inspection report will significantly reduce the anxiety associated with your home purchase.

An FHA compliance inspection in needed when an appraiser called for repairs to a home and the mortgage company and FHA/HUD needs verification that the listed issues have been completed. Compliance inspections are also used to for new construction after an appraiser completes their report. A compliance inspector is then called out to ensure the home is completed to HUD and county codes.

We perform 203k inspections for single family homes deemed fit for rehabbing and repairing by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

In the Seattle area and nationwide, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) require that all homes financed or refinanced under a new loan have their foundation systems inspected by a licensed engineer.
