Summit to Sound performed an inspection on our very first house. Loren is amazing! He went above and beyond and spent over 3.5 hours inspecting every single aspect of the house that can be touched or seen. He also walked me through the maintenance that should be done on a regular basis in order to keep things in good shape. He will be our forever inspector for sure! Thanks again for a wonderful job!

Summit to Sound Inspection Services is first class operation! I have used Loren a few times and have found he is always on time; sometimes he’s early. If you plan to be there the entire time, allow 2-3 hours, sometimes longer, to inspect. Loren is extremely thorough and pays close attention to details and defects. He will explain things as you’re walking through the home, such as easy fixes and items to be aware of. Buying a home is a big decision and the inspection is a large part of the process. I have been truly satisfied with Loren’s work and will call him again!
